Need to talk?
If you have a worry, a problem or just need to talk, there are lots of places to go.
Guidance Teachers are always willing to listen and will refer you on to the School Counsellor or other services if needed.
If you are in urgent distress and cannot find a Guidance Teacher, please go to the School Office and they will ensure someone is found to help you.
Other sources of help, including support available out of school hours, are listed below.
If someone is feeling suicidal, in an emergency call 999.
